How does the auction sale work?

1.Previewing will be held Wednesday - Friday March 5th - 7th from 8:30 - 8:00 PM and also Saturday 8AM till sale time.  
2. You can pre-register at this time for a bidders number and you will be given a
catalog with lots and sq ft available. Lots will be sold according to the order listed in the catalog.

How do you bid?

1. Raise your hand or your catalogue so the auctioneer can take your bid at the price he is asking for.
2. Hardwood flooring is sold by the sq ft and the highest bidder has the option to take as many sq feet as he/ she needs, up to the whole lot. If the highest bidder does not take the whole lot the second highest bidder has the option take as many sq feet as they need at the same price as the high bid. We do not split the boxes up, so the sq feet you require is rounded up to the nearest full box.

What is a buyers fee?

There is a 15% buyers fee that is added onto the total sales. Buyers fees are standard across Canada giving us the ability to provide sellers with competitive selling rates. GST & PST is also charged on total sales.

How do I pay?

Full payment required immediately following the sale. Only visa, m/c, interac or cash will be accepted. Please check your daily limits or c/c limits prior to purchasing at the auction. No cheques will be accepted.

How do I load / get my lumber?

Loading will begin immediately following the sale, first come first serve as customers will line up outside the gate. Each customer must wait for an employee to check receipt and help load. All merchandise must be removed no later than Monday at 5PM.
